Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day (April 22, 2010) at these local events! Start: 04/22/2010 09:00 End: 04/25/2010 21:00 Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day (April 22, 2010) at these local events (Metro Phoenix and Prescott): 1) Earth Day at Encanto Park; Thursday, April 22nd from 9am to 1pm. Participate in educational clinics on tree selection, planning and care. Following the clinics, 50 trees will be planted. Admission is free. Encanto Park, 2605 N. 15th Avenue, Phoenix.
